This course digital human resource management provides an overview of the discipline of human resource management and its use of digitalization in modern HR applications. In this course, the topic of digital human resource management is explored in depth. It covers HR areas such as historical HR theories, digital HR, AI use and risks in HR, motivation theories, basic and contemporary leadership styles, culture, methods, and tools for attracting and retaining effective employees, maximizing performance, as well as group psychology.

By attending this event, students gain a profound insight into the strategic integration of digital human resources and organizational psychology within a company. They will be able to explain the methods and tools of human resources generically, technically, and from a strategic perspective. Furthermore, they are capable of distinguishing between various modern approaches to human resources in a way that noticeably improves the organization's performance. In addition, they can articulate specific aspects of digital human resources in English.

The students are capable of collaboratively discussing, analyzing, and presenting solutions to questions regarding the strategic digital orientation of a company with respect to human resource strategy and the application of organizational psychology in group work. They can argue complex, subject-related problems and solutions and present them in English presentations in a way that is tailored to the audience.
Personal Competence: Social Skills
At the end of the event, the students will be capable of taking on the responsibility of leading a project group that analyzes and evaluates a specific aspect of a company's strategic digital orientation. In mixed groups, the students are able to work effectively together and critically question tasks.

The students evaluate various solution approaches to current human resource issues, thereby gaining a high capacity for reflection on their learning and work processes. They can differentiate and assess the opposing sides of pragmatic positions. This enhances their ability to make independent judgments.
