How do I get a CampusCard?

To apply for a CampusCard, you have to give us your consent in the student portal "ispro" to transfer your data to Schwarz Campus Services GmbH & Co. KG (short SCS) as the issuer of the CampusCard.

You give your consent to the transfer of data by ticking the appropriate box in the student portal (https://hhn.hispro.de/) under Student Services and then in the “Personal agreements” tab.

Data transmission takes place on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

If you do not give your consent, we will issue you with a student ID card – even if you are studying at the Bildungscampus. This cannot be used for any of the SCS functions and services. This will not result in any further disadvantages for you. Please contact your responsible clerk in the Registration Office.

You can find the data protection information and further information in the student portal in the “Personal consent” tab under “additional information".

Registration on the ‘bildungscampus.life’ portal is a prerequisite for creating and using the CampusCard.

Once you have registered, you will receive your CampusCard by post from the Registration Office in about a week. Exchange students will receive the CampusCard from the International Office.

Important: The card must be validated before it can be used for the first time. You can find the location of the validation machines on the map of the Bildungscampus under ‘Services’.

FAQ

Then your university account is not valid, please contact the computer centre by email at ticket@hs-heilbronn.de.

  • Check whether you have given your consent to data transfer in hispro and whether the next transfer day (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) has passed.

  • Do you have a valid university account? Check whether you still need to submit documents in the application portal (eCampus). If your documents are not yet complete, your account is not yet valid and your data cannot be submitted.

This may have the following reasons:

  • No consent given -> Please check your consent in hispro.
  • No semester re-registration -> Please contact the Registration Office.
  • No valid HS account -> Please contact the Computer Centre (ticket@hs-heilbronn.de).

The CampusCard can be reported as lost at any time online in your user account under ‘Lost CampusCard’. This will block the card and initiate the printing of a replacement card. Please note: There may be a charge for printing a replacement card.

If it is not possible to block the card via the Payment Portal, in exceptional cases the loss of the CampusCard can also be reported to the relevant clerk in your degree programme at the Registrar's Office (CampusCard Administration). Blocking the card quickly is necessary to protect access, credit and other functions from misuse. When the replacement card is issued, all settings, including the previous credit balance, are automatically transferred to the new card.
