Once you have the proof of German language skills and recognition certification from Center for International Students Konstanz, you can start your application at Heilbronn University.

Application documents for IB-E


After your online application at Heilbronn University please submit for IB-E as an international applicant the following application documents:
  • Printed and signed “Application Request“ (from online application at Heilbronn University)
  • University entrance qualification
  • Recognition of certificates from the Center for International Students in Konstanz,
  • Proof of English language skills
  • Chronological CV
  • Proof of practical experience/apprenticeship (if relevant)


You can either send your complete documents by email with PDF attachments to the address bachelor-bewerbung@hs-heilbronn.de 

or in paper form to

Please note:

  • Application documents already submitted by e-mail do not have to be submitted by post as well.
  • Please submit certificates and proofs only as simple copies, as they will be shredded after the award procedure has been completed.
  • No inquiries will be answered via the e-mail address bewerbung-studium@hs-heilbronn.de. If you have inquiries, please contact the Registration Office.
