As the largest faculty of our university, we are teaching engineers of tomorrow. All our bachelor programmes offer common basic study modules and a broad range of specialisation subjects from automotive systems, electrical drives, combustion engines, power electronics, embedded systems, metal and plastic materials to robotics, autonomous systems and micromechanics. This provides our students with both a solid foundation as well as room for developing an individual technical profile.
Through an integrated industry internship, small learning groups, lecturers with profound practical experience and a strong network to companies, our students are well-prepared for their future careers.
We are dedicated to interdisciplinary learning, practical and on-site approaches, and high employability goals. We teach modern methods and tools that are state of the art at our industry partners.
We are proud to welcome students from very diverse backgrounds and strive to offer comprehensive support for ensuring flexible study paths (tutorials, language courses, part-time studies, mentoring, career service etc.)
